Our dietitians can assist you with managing and improving specific nutritional issues, such as diabetes, adult and child weight management, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal complaints/irritable bowel, prenatal nutrition and nutrition for sport and exercise. We offer both one-on-one consultations and group presentations.
One on One Consultations
Individual appointments with a dietitian can help you achieve your nutrition goals. A nutritional 'check up' can be beneficial for your whole family, whether you have specific medical concerns, sporting goals or general questions.
| Doctors referrals are welcome but not necessary | ||
| A portion of the fee is claimable with private health insurance |
Group Presentations
We can tailor a presentation for your workplace, sporting, community or school group. The presentations provide a valuable opportunity for attendees to get expert information from an Accredited Practising Dietitian in an enjoyable and group format, whilst also giving the opportunity to ask individual specific questions. Examples of past presentation topics include:
| Good nutrition for busy professionals | ||
| Eating for Year 12 | ||
| Sports nutrition (for basketball, tennis, rowing, cricket etc) |
GP's and Other Health Professionals
We with a number of GPs, specialists and other professionals to help patients manage nutritional issues.
