Drink wine for it’s ‘protective’ qualities – you need to exercise!
Here’s a study that was made for me…..’Wine only protects against cardiovascular disease in people who exercise’ reports a recent study from the European Society of Cardiology. The study showed that wine (both red and white) had no significant effect on cardiovascular health except in the case of subjects who also exercised at least twice each week. Researchers believe their may be some positive synergy between alcohol and exercise which is protective for the heart. Salute!
