Exercise boosts memory and reduces Alzheimer’s risk

Another study linking regular exercise to improved mental function…..in this study it was shown that 20 minutes of strength (weight) training each day improved memory  http://www.healthcentral.com/dailydose/cf/2014/10/07/weightlifting_may_boost_memory?ap=2001

Studies such as this add further evidence for the importance of exercise and ‘health’ and the function of our bodies, rather than the traditional approach of weight loss and other ‘aesthetic’ functions. Get moving for the sake of your brain!
