I have been a personal trainer since 2006 having come from a 20 year rugby league background. My formal qualifications are a Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma in Management, Kettlebells and Level 2 Coaching. I’m passionate about sharing the health benefits of exercise and helping my clients challenge themselves.

I have a background in endurance running, trail running and triathlon but have also played a range of team sports and have always had a big interest in fitness. I have a Certificate IV in Fitness and have an ‘easy going’ nature which allows me communicate well with people, understand their exercise goals and help them to achieve the objectives they have for their health.
I used to be heavily overweight and worked with a personal trainer for around a year to assist me to improve my health. This sparked my interest in the fitness industry and I have worked as a trainer since 2007 when I obtained my Certificate IV in Fitness. I since gone on to obtain additional qualifications in rehabilitation, trigger point therapy and Kettlebells which I enjoy sharing with a broad range of clients to teach them how to get the best out of their bodies.
I orginally developed my interest in sport, health and fitness through the influence of my Mum who shares these same passions. I have taken my background in basketball, volleyball, netball, athletics, polocrosse and cross country running and gone on to obtain my Certificate IV. in Fitness so I could help others with their health and fitness goals. I’m able to bring a tremendous amount of energy to keep my PT clients motivated and am furthering my skills with additional tertiary nutrition studies.
I have come into the fitness industry from a background in football (Aussie Rules), middle distance running, Crossfit and Thai boxing and have been a personal trainer since 2002. I started in the fitness industry because I wanted to follow my passion for exercise and health (and also couldn’t see myself working in an office and wearing a suit!). I enjoy working with anyone who is open to change and willing to listen and I love helping people realise what their bodies and minds are truly capable of.
I started in the fitness industry in 2010 and have a sporting background in tennis, running and triathlon . I have a Certificate IV in Fitness, a Human Movement degree and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise and enjoy working on a personal level with clients – empowering them to make positive lifestyle changes. My professional interest areas are training for strength, weight loss, functional fitness, holistic lifestyle education to improve health outcomes, injury rehab and prevention.
I have been a personal trainer since 2006 and have a Certificate IV in Fitness as well as Level 1 Strength & Conditioning. I have a background in state and national level cricket at an underage level and I’m currently the S&C coach for the Darren Lehmann Cricket Academy. I’ve worked with a variety of clients and have experience working with clients who have various medical and physical limitations – I enjoy helping them challenge themselves and achieve the many benefits that come from improved fitness.

I have been a personal trainer since 2009 after completing my Certificate IV in Fitness and have since completed a range of additional specialised qualifications. I have come from an athletics and cross-country background and enjoy sharing my passion for functional and compound body movements with my clients.
I have worked in the fitness industry since 1982 in both a group instruction and personal training capacity and am passionate about educating and empowering my clients to live a fulfilling, healthy lifestyle. I have a Certificate IV in Fitness and was previously a registered nurse in the spinal unit which gave me great experience in rehabilitation, spinal injuries and the benefits of corrective exercise. I also enjoy working with clients on postural correction, functional movement, running programs, pre/post natal, children and older adults fitness.
I have always had a passion for fitness and health and decided to turn my hobby into my career when I completed my Certificate IV in Fitness some years back. I’ve come from a cricket, soccer and Aussie Rules background and really like the camaraderie of team sport. I’ve also done further study to gain a Diploma in Remedial Massage and certification in TRX, boxing and Kettle bells providing me with a greater understanding of the way the human body works and a number of key training techniques. I enjoy seeing both the physical and mental improvements regular exercise makes to people’s health.

My sporting background is in football, basketball, running and weight training and I’ve spent a lot of my fitness career working in the corrective exercise and disability space. I’ve been fortunate to have had a broad range of life experiences which enables me to relate and work well with most people to help them with their exercise goals. I also love the ongoing learning provided by the exercise and health sector and enjoy sharing this with my clients to enhance their understanding of their bodies.
I have been a personal trainer since 2003 with experiences in both larger health clubs as well as smaller PT studios. I originally got into the industry to follow my passion for sport, fitness and health and went on to complete my Certificate IV in Fitness. I love working with all types of clients but have a special interest in pre/post natal and those with rehabilitation needs.
I have worked in the fitness industry since 2010 and was inspired to follow this career path to share my love of health and fitness with others. In a previous life I played a lot of netball but in recent years my sport has been distance running, competing in half and marathon events. I have a Certificate IV in Fitness, enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and have a special interest in weight loss and clients looking to change their lifestyle to prioritise their health

I started in the personal training industry in 2007 after completing my Certificate IV in Fitness and have since completed qualifications in boxing, kickboxing and MMA fitness, Kettlebells, power lifting and management. I come from a football, athletics and martial arts background and enjoy working with a variety of clients whom I motivate, support, and educate to take responsibility for achieving their goals and placing a greater importance on their fitness/health.

I come from a tennis and soccer background and became a personal trainer because I have always wanted to work in an occupation that made a difference to the lives of others. I have a Certificate IV in Fitness, Kettlebells and boxing qualifications and am passionate about improving my clients’ health through establishing fitness goals matched with sustainable exercise routine both in and outside the gym.
I come from an equestrian background (3 day eventing), have a Certificate IV in Fitness and have an interest in boxing, HIIT, functional fitness and plyometric training. I became a personal trainer because of my own interest in anatomy, physiology and training for my own sport.
I have worked in the fitness industry since 2011 and have a background in Australian Football and both a player, umpire and strength & conditioning coach. I have a Certificate IV + Diploma in Fitness and a Human Movement degree – these have given me a strong interest in functional movement and exercise to minimise the risk of injury/increase the everyday life and well-being of a person by getting them feeling and moving better.
I have a Certificate IV in Fitness and really enjoy working with a variety of clients to help them improve their health, make a difference to their lives but having some fun along the way! I come from a background in team sports, swimming and running but have taken on resistance training and boxing in more recent times.
I have been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 2007 and have a Certificate IV in Fitness as well as numerous other industry specific qualifications. I come from a soccer, weight training and athletics background and enjoy empowering people through reaching their fitness goals.
I am a qualified personal trainer and dietitian graduating with a Human Movement/Health Science degree and a Masters in Dietetics. I have always been fascinated by the human body and I enjoy a broad range of exercise ‘forms’ including Martial Arts, HIIT Training, Bodybuilding / Resistance Training, Yoga, Calisthenics and Gymnastics. I’m a highly motivated person who is really passionate about what I do – I get a real sense of satisfaction from showing my clients that they can do far more than they ever thought possible.
