Physical activity improves brain health & reduces dementia risk

Further evidence has emerged that exercise really is medicine against many aspects of our modern lifestyle and the effects of aging. Alzheimer’s Australia has recently produced a summary paper to promote the relationship between physical activity, brain health and cognitive decline.

Most people understand the importance of regular exercise to maintain our fitness, strength and mobility as we age so we can travel, remain independent and do the things that we want.
