Too old to exercise?

One of our clients shared this story with me about the achievements of 91 year old Sy Perlis who recently broke the world bench press record for his age group with a lift of 85kgs!

Have a look at this guy – he’s just a ‘normal’ bloke who hasn’t let age get in the way of a good work out. I find it really inspiring to hear stories like this about people who are interested in finding ways to make exercise happen even though ‘they’re too old’, ‘too tired’, ‘too busy’, ‘it’s too cold’, ‘it’s too hot’, etc!!!!
